Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and for inspecting items upon receipt.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@methodrecycling.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
What Can't Be Returned
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or not as described.
Faulty products are covered separately and for far longer — see our five-year warranty.
